Marquis Distribution proudly offers a low, easy rate of $7.00 U.S. shipping plus $2.00 for each extra part ordered. We ship all orders UPS. Note that currently, we do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes unless the address is either a military (APO or FPO) or university address.

When Will I Get My Order?

Marquis Distribution normally packs and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

International Shipping

Marquis Distribution does ship parts all over the world! For all orders being shipped outside of the United States, including Canadian orders, we need to be contacted personally here. Shipping arrangements and costs, import duties and customs costs will be worked out for each individual shipment. Note that International Shipping is not guaranteed to every country in the world and Marquis Distribution reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain countries or may also recommend alternative local distribution channels through which product may be ordered.

Attention: APO, FPO, AE, CMR and other military base addresses are not considered international addresses, we proudly welcome orders from those in service to our country.

Return Policy

Marquis Distribution carries only the world’s top quality guitar products. If you aren’t satisfied with anything you have purchased, you can return the item in its unused, original condition (still inside original packing with tags/invoice) within 90 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Additionally, we offer in-store credit, less shipping costs, on any of the other items that we carry. Please e-mail us here if you need assistance in returning something.
